Return Policy:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number, and must be received in the original packaging.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

Returns without an RMA number or items not in the original packaging will not be processed, or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Lovely and well-made
A well-made, striking room divider. It lets in plenty of light, but doesn't show harsh silhouettes. The frame feels sturdy without being too heavy, and while the fabric is synthetic and doesn't have a great texture, you couldn't tell from the way it looks in a room (and I'm sure the synthetic will be better for cleaning). The rosewood looks exactly as described/pictured, arrived quickly, and was well worth the price.

Perfect for hiding the chrome storage shelves put in the bedroom
We needed to hide clutter in our home but didn't want to give everything away. So, we put 3 garage chrome shelves in the bedroom and used the screen to cover up all the boxes. The screen looks elegant and attractive, while at the same times hides the big family secret of "yes, we hoard extra food in our bedroom, but no one can see it." I love the fact that the cloth on the screen can easily be removed and washed when they get too dusty.

6 ft. Tall Helsinki Shoji screen
I am very happy with the Helsinki Shoji foldable screen I ordered. I did not want to cover my sliding doors with blinds or curtains and hardware during the day, but wanted privacy at night. The screen is great, as I can easily fold it up and put it in a corner during the day and bring it out at night if I want privacy. I like it's simple design. The frame comes with the option of several finishes as well as options for the curtains which by the way are on tension rods so they can be easily removed to wash. You can also choose the number of panels you would like ( It's shown with 3 panels, but I needed 4 panels to cover a sliding door). I am very happy with it.

Terrific Purchase!
Earlier this year I purchased a six foot tall Helsinki Shoji Screen from your company to use as a privacy screen in my home's main entry, as there are glass panels in the door which leave little to the imagination. I have just ordered and received a second screen to use in another area of the entryway. The screens are beautiful and classy and finally provide the privacy I was hoping for. Oriental Furniture is a very professional company........screens were packed with great care and arrived in perfect condition in a short time, at a very affordable price!! I couldn't be happier with these purchases!

Perfect solution
I needed to block off an area for a guest room dressing area and this shoji screen was perfect. It looks great from either direction and stores easily when not in use.
